Nowhere else has the 20th century as many traces as in Berlin. Along the Wall-bike-path to original locations such as the Wall Memorial at Bernauer Strasse as well as a gun tower, ghost stations, Hitler's bunker, and much more. The Nazi period, building of The Wall and life in the separated city explained in a serious and fascinating manner.

Your Guide will welcome you at the meeting point in front of the Nikolai Church, just 5 walking minutes from the Berlin TV Tower/Alexanderplatz, where you will get your comfy city bike for the tour. Of course you can get a helmet for free, too. After a short introduction the tour starts and leads you through the historic city center of Berlin and up north to the former Berlin Wall. Your experienced and entertaining local guide will lead you safely through Berlin by using minor roads and bike lanes.

The lengths of your route is about 15km and will pass the following highlights:
• Memorial site Bernauer Str.
• Gun tower Humboldthain
• Hitlers plans to transform Berlin into the Megalopolis "Germania"
• Mauerpark - flee market & Karaoke in the former "death strip"
• the location of Hitler's bunker
• Checkpoint Charlie - famous symbol of the Cold War
• The gigantic Nazi-ministry of Aviation
• Remaining parts of The Wall

We have two adults and three kids in our group. Daniel was an awesome tour guide. He took us to all of the important places. This bike tour was the best. Daniel took us to places more than he was supposed to and he taught us a lot of history. I understood a lot more than before I came to Berlin. It was a 3 hour tour but, he biked with us for about 3:30 hours which I find very generous and nice of him. He explained a lot of the famous memorials eventhough it wasnt part of the tour. Daniel is very educated man and he shared a lot of his education with us. Thank you

Our guide, Bjorn, was excellent! You could tell he really loved his job. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He was able to recommend places for us and gave us some advice for the rest of our trip. This tour was a great way to learn about the history of the Berlin Wall and a different way to see the city. Great exercise too!

This was one of the highlights of our trip. We really enjoyed it. Our group ranged from age 11-69 and we all enjoyed it. We saw so much of the city, and learned a lot! Christian was a great guide. Highly recommended.
