Día 1: llegada a El Cairo: el representante se reunirá y le recibirá en el Aeropuerto Internacional de El Cairo. Traslado en coche con aire acondicionado a su hotel. A su llegada al hotel se registrará y le proporcionaremos información detallada sobre la excursión del día siguiente.
Día 2: pirámides de Gizeh / Museo Egipcio: después del desayuno, podrá disfrutar de una excursión única a las grandes pirámides de Keops, Kefrén y Micerinos y la escultura monumental más antigua conocida y la estatua monolítica más grande del mundo, la gran esfinge. También visitará el Templo del Valle, que fue atribuida al faraón Kefrén y fue utilizado para el proceso de momificación. A continuación haremos una visita al Museo Egipcio, donde podrá ver la colección de Tutankamón, entre otros espléndidos objetos faraónicos. Continúe hacia El Cairo copto para visitar la Iglesia Colgante y la Sinagoga Ben Ezra. Compras en el animado mercado de Khan El Khalili, que se remonta a 1382. Regreso al hotel, noche en El Cairo.
Día 3: crucero desde Luxor: deje el hotel por la mañana para trasladarse al aeropuerto para tomar un vuelo a Luxor, donde le estará esperando y ayudando, le llevarán en un coche con aire acondicionado a bordo de un crucero de 5 estrellas por el Nilo. Después del almuerzo a bordo, visite el impresionante templo de Karnak y el templo de Luxor. Cena y noche a bordo
Día 4: navegación hacia Edfu: después del desayuno, excursión al cementerio real de 62 faraones, el Valle de los Reyes, el templo mortuorio de la reina Hatshepsut, construido por los arquitectos del Nuevo Reino en el siglo XV AC. Visite los Colosos de Memnón. Después del almuerzo, navegue hasta Edfu. Cena a bordo.
Día 5: templos de Edfu/Kom Ombo: después del desayuno, visite el bien conservado templo de Ptolemaico dedicado a Horus en Edfu. Navegación a Kom Ombo para ver el único templo de Sobek, dedicado al dios cocodrilo Sobek el Templo de Horus, el halcón, y dios de cabeza. Almuerzo a bordo mientras continúe navegando hacia Asuán. Cena a bordo.
Día 6: visita turística a Asuán: después del desayuno, podrá disfrutar de una visita turística de un día en Asuán. Comenzará con la Presa Alta y el obelisco antiguo más grande conocido, ubicado en la región del norte de las canteras de piedra del antiguo Egipto, el Obelisco inacabado y, a continuación, hacia el hermoso Templo de Filé, que está dedicado a los dos diosas Isis y Hathor. Navegue y desplácese por la isla Elefantina en una falúa local. Cena a bordo. Noche en Asuán.
Día 7: Vuelta a El Cairo: tras el desayuno, traslado al aeropuerto de Asuán para su viaje de regreso a El Cairo, donde le recibirán y ayudarán en el aeropuerto para trasladarle a su hotel. Noche en El Cairo.
Día 8 - salida: desayuno y traslado al Aeropuerto Internacional de El Cairo para la salida.

This is a good budget tour, hosted by Reflections. Tours normally are done between 1 and 3 in the afternoon. And there is an “open” day. So if you want to do any additional day or evening tours, they are an additional cost. I did 3 night tours and a couple day tours……..which ended up costing me another $500. You do not have to do the additional tours. You do not have to book additional, if you chose not to. Reflections picks you up at the airport, gets you through customs and visa and takes care of you from the time you land in Egypt until they get you back through security on your departure flight. My two guides Mahamed (Cairo) and Youssef (Luxor and Aswan) were excellent. Their English is very good and they are nice people. They have great knowledge about the sites you visit and take the time to explain. And they always check to make sure your questions are answered and allow you additional time to walk around the sites. They also take care of you. I had one merchant try to take me for additional money and Youssef went back and got my money back. Much thanks!! They will also take you to places off the beaten path. Local markets, tea shops and restaurants……….with the locals. The only complaint I have is that the booking was changed………itinerary, hotel and flights. I was not informed until I landed in Cairo. And it took me and my guide a couple of days to get the changes to suit my schedule. I would advise Reflections to ensure that they always contact the customer when changes occur. Otherwise, I would recommend this tour to first timers in Egypt.

The scenery is amazing, and the crew on board the ship were incredible. A few little things, though, created some issues: the itinerary failed to mention that we would spend the first full 48 hours of the cruise on a ship that didn't move. Half of the four-day cruise, you spend docked in one spot. Also, our guide assumed we didn't want to spend the extra few bucks to be allowed to take photographs at the Valley of Kings and never gave us that option. That was a bummer. And you may as well take out that "free bottled water" part of your inclusions...That never happened.

For a first timer going to Egypt , it was an awesome way to start. Reflection tour organised everything from start to end. Despite a few choppy start with the hotel and cruise, Georgina and her team promptly handled everything professionally. well done. I got a little sick during my tour and my tour guide Mohammed Sayed (they are all Mohammeds :)) had a genuine concern of my wellbeing. Appreciate that. Well Egypt is beautiful and do visit this ancient country. You can do it on your own or with Reflection tour or other tour agency but definitely have a tour guide as there is soo much of history and knowledge to take and certainly enjoy it as I did.

My trip was better that I expected. Georgina and her staff took care of every detail to make sure I had everything I needed. Her staff, especially Hesham, Abdul, and Mohammad, were extremely knowledgeable about the history of the sites I visited. They even assist me with items that had nothing to do with this trip. I plan on going back soon. I highly recommend this trip.
