Was not too comfortable sitting at a table that had somewhat of a slant to it. Thought my soup was going to spill during dinner. Server was good and so was manager who we told about the table situation. Would have liked to see more drinks like frozen pina coladas/margaritas.

Dont book in the months of October thru March. Observation deck not enclosed. Food was unsatisfactory. Rubber chicken and tasteless green beans. Tour advertised at 88 USD per person but actual charge 287 for two persons.

This was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The views from the upper deck were spectacular. When I come back to Chicago this wil be one of the things I will definitely do again

Great tour, an awesome way to get some really cool views from the Windy city. The boat is very luxurious, the ambiance is amazing, however, we didnt appreciate much of the food, unfortunately, There arent many options available and the ones weve chosen we didnt like much. Service was somewhat poor also, with a careless, slow waiter, and thats why I took a star off from my review. Could have been five stars, though, if only the service had been better. Overall, a great experience, definitely recommended, I just wish you get a nicer waiter, as well as I wish they include some more options in the menu in the future. I would ride again, just making sure I get a different waiter this time!
