Comience su excursión por Copenhagen cerca de las representativas casas amarillas de Nyboder, un barrio construido por el rey Cristián IV en el siglo XVII para albergar la creciente Marina Real danesa. Sandra's passion for Danish culture and history comes through clearly in this enjoyable 3 hour walk that addresses the intersection of every day Danish life with its cultural, social and historic roots. Along the way great stories and awesome Danish "snacks" are shared. We got a great sense of hygge from a native Copenhager. Well worth the time!

Great walking tour of Copenhagen and helped to explain why they are always one of the top happiest countries in the world. Not only did we see lots of sites, we heard about their lifestyle, political views and way of life that is quite different than where we live in the US. Plus, 3 great stops in a Danish bakery, chocolate house and coffee shop.

Amazing!Our host really embodied the Hygge culture. We had lots of great discussions throughout the entire walk. The group was small so we all added something unique to the experience. Highly recommend.

Morten was great, knowledgable, and most interesting. He made it a great tour. Loved the stops. Particularly the King's Garden. A hidden gem. Loved the Summerbird Chocolate store. The best chocolate ever. We were only three on the tour so that it made it quite personal and relaxed. Bravo to Morten!

This was a grand experience. Mia was an excellent guide, full of information and stories...I liked the path she chose for us to walk, starting with the wonderfully orange military housing punctuated by the best breakfast pastry I ever ate at her favorite bakery, a stroll across the King's Garden with a stop at my beloved HC Andersen's statue, then a visit with a delightful chocolatier who was making the most beautiful spring chocolates with edible flowers and finally a drink at a coffee shop I would never have found on my own...we got a taste of Danish politics which was very interesting to both my husband and me when we paused at the Parliament building...really a great way to spend a morning in Copenhagen. Sign up - you'll be glad you did!
