Alrededor de las 3.30 h le recogeremos en su hotel y podremos rumbo hacia Ollantaytambo para coger el tren a Aguas Calientes. La salida es a las 6.10 h y llegaremos a las 9.00 h.
A la llegada, tomaremos el autobús durante 30 minutos a Machu Picchu, donde el guía nos guiará durante aprox. dos horas, en las que nos mostrará los monumentos más importantes, como los aposentos reales, la plaza principal, la Torre Circular, el Sagrado Reloj Solar y el Templo de las Tres Ventanas, entre otros.
Más tarde tendrá tiempo libre para explorar la zona por su cuenta y a última hora de la tarde tendrá que tomar el autobús a Aguas Calientes, teniendo en cuenta que el tren de vuelta a Ollantaytambo sale a las 21.30 h. Recuerde que deberá estar en la estación de tren al menos 30 minutos antes de la hora de salida.
En Ollantaytambo, nuestro autobús privado le recogerá para llevarle de vuelta a Cuzco. Recuerde que debe presentarse al menos 30 minutos antes de la salida. El final de nuestro viaje es en la Plaza de Armas de Cuzco.

Overall this was a very nice tour for the price. I was not impressed with the guide for the guided tour but the package itself was a great value and an amazing experience.

To start I didn't receive confirmation, and the night before I was starting to worry. After wasting 7 on a call to customer service I was told the debrief was at 6pm and I would get all the details. 9pm rolls around and the guy just arrived after I was already in the bed. They said 3:45am pickup. 3:15 the guy shows up and i barely had time to put on clothes before getting left. Long waits for an english guide after arrival, almost an hour. The tour was really good though. You dont need 12 hours at Maccu Piccu though, I had to pay extra for an earlier train ride to leave at 6 because leaving at 10pm after being there since 8am was just silly. Then I had to pay again to get the taxi back to my hotel, otherwise I wouldnt have arrives until 2am. I think they should offer earlier trains no one wanted to wait around until 10pm to leave when Maccu Piccu closes at 5pm.

The timing of this tour is terrible! Machu Picchu is advertised to be 4 hours away from Cusco. Accounting for the round trip and a 2 hour guided tour of Machu Picchu, that should be a 10 hour day. The schedule of this tour makes it a 22 hour day! The problem is that they reserve you on the train leaving at 9:50 pm. Machu Picchu closes at 5 pm! If you can walk around Machu Picchu for 4 hours after the tour ends and then hang around Aguas Calientes for another 4 hours, this tour is for you! Don't forget that the train ride back to Ollantaytambo is 2 hours long and then there's another 1.5 hour bus ride to Cusco. We paid extra to get an earlier train back to Ollantaytambo and then paid for a taxi to Cusco. You're much better off booking the whole trip on your own and hiring a guide at the entrance to Machu Picchu than taking this tour take a train from Poroy which saves you the 1.5 hour bus ride to Ollantaytambo.

The tour was very good with the guide English fluent, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Guided tour was approx two hours then you had rest of day to wander which was great. Recommended!

To change my trip date they charged me $70 and said they would meet me in 0.5 hour to get the money -- waited for 2.5 hours. My return train was also at 9pm -- who wants to stay at Machu Picchu for 12 hours? I had to swap my ticket to earlier and found my own way back to Cusco in a random taxi.
