We had a wonderful time on this tour and could not have asked for a better guide! Will was informative and entertaining. His love and knowledge of the area was apparent. Lunch was very good too! I would recommend this trip without hesitation.

My son and I enjoyed the day with the Colorado Sightseeing Tour company. Arte was a great driver, especially on the mountain roads! Also, very informative! I will definitely use this company again!

This was a great tour. It started out in Denver meeting our guide, Scott at Union Station. Scott gave us water bottles and carried water on board to keep the bottles full throughout the 10-hour day. He had an introduction session and Scott did a very good job getting everyone acquainted. We made a rest area stop on the way to the RMNP at a small-town park with facilities. At this stop we were offered a wide variety of snacks that included biscotti, granola bars, and many other things and refills of water if needed. Our next stop was right inside the Rocky Mountain National Park at a scenic valley pull over area. There were Rangers at this stop offering various information on the park. While at this location we saw a coyote out in the plains. The next stop was the Alluvial Fan, which is the result of an old miners dam break up in the mountains. It washed enormous rock and sediment down the mountain into the valley. There was a water fall at this location that was a short walk from the van. Our next stop was our lunch break in a picnic area not far from the slide. It was a very nice shaded area with a stream, tables, and restroom facilities. Scott provided our lunches that included a large deli style sandwich with all the toppings on the side, chips, a piece of cake, apples, and napkins. It was an enjoyable lunch. After this stop we made several stops as we climbed up the mountain adequate time at each stop for photographs. Each stop as we gained altitude became more breathtaking with different wildlife at each stop. At one stop we encountered a large herd of elk and their calves. Above the tree line we were able to actually walk in snow. Keep in mind it was in the mid 90's in Denver on this day. As noted before the trip a light jacket is helpful as we did experience some 30 mile per hour winds on the top. Our farthest point was at Trail Ridge. There was a large gift shop, restaurant, and facilities here. Our final stop of the day was in Estes Park for those who wanted to visit all the many shops, restaurants, and ice cream. After this we listened to John Denver on the return trip to Denver. A truly enjoyable day. The guide really worked hard to give us many interesting facts along the way and interesting trivia games like explaining the wood posts you see going up the mountain. They are there to show snow heights and assist snow removal. He offered assistance throughout the day to anyone needing it. We had plenty of water and snacks available during our day. The van was very nice with a raised roof that allowed enough head room to stand. Guide did a great job driving the entire day with no scares of any kind. A smooth professional ride. I am very glad that I found Colorado Sightseer. My advice is to book early. I got the last seat and was unable to go on another trip because it had sold out.
