Le recogerán en su hotel de Guadalajara entre las 9.00 h y las 10.00 h y realizará un trayecto de 45 minutos hasta la ciudad Amatitán. Llegará a la Hacienda San José del Refugio, la casa del Tequila Herradura. Aquí, podrá disfrutar de una visita guiada dentro de la fábrica y conocer el proceso de elaboración del tequila. Podrá ver una exposición de Jima por uno de los tradicionales "jimadores" y, a continuación, visitará los hornos utilizado para cocinar agave, así como el proceso de fermentación y zona de destilación. A continuación, podrá visitar el museo "La Antigua Fábrica", durante más de 150 años, que ha sido el escenario de innumerables eventos importantes como la guerra Cristero.
Desde allí, podrá dar un paseo de 15 minutos a la mágica ciudad de tequila y, a su llegada, realizar un recorrido en tranvía para visitar los lugares más representativos de la ciudad. Visitará una antigua hacienda y realizará una degustación de licor de agave y tequila incluyendo 6 catas de tequila. Si reserva la excursión opcional con un paseo a caballo, podrá ir desde el centro de la ciudad de Tequila al restaurante a través de campos de tierra de agave. (Paseo de 60-90 minutos)
Podrá disfrutar de un almuerzo en un restaurante de la zona con los tesoros subterráneos de la Ciudad de México. Se incluye un almuerzo tipo bufé los fines de semana, disfrute de más catas de tequila y suba a bordo de la furgoneta de regreso a Guadalajara y disfrute de cerveza, agua embotellada, refrescos y patatas fritas. Llegará alrededor de las 17.00 h y le dejarán en su hotel.

Great tour, very small group. Our guide gave us a lot of information about Guadalajara, the history of tequila making, and some recommendations. He was spot on.
Excellent tour, particularly the Herradura tour. Our driver, Manuel, was fine but nothing too special, but we had a different guide for the distillery who was great. The town of Tequila was very cool as well and glad we got to spend some time there. Highly recommend overall.
This is a MUST when in Guadalajara. You will enjoy and learn a lot about Tequila. Absolutely an Excellent tour with an excellent tour guide. Arturo, our tour guide, even made this trip so Magical...me and my boyfriend got ENGAGED! Such a beautiful , unforgettable experience. Thank you so very much.
All around fantastic tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and did the tour in both English and Spanish which was extremely helpful to everyone on the bus. All three distilleries were unique in their own way, the town of tequila is a site to behold in itself, and the lunch provided was fantastic! I highly recommend this to anyone interested in tequila, history, or both!
We had a great time on this tour. We originally wanted to take the tequila train, but it was booked up, so we opted for this tour. Honestly I think it was better. We arrived at the hacienda before the mob on the train, and felt as though we were getting a private tour. Our guide took us the a fantastic underground restaurant for lunch. Our guide couldnt have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I think it worked out for the better. We had a great time, and it was quite a bit less expensive. I would recommend it to everyone.
We definitely enjoyed this tour. We were picked up on time at our hotel and proceeded to pick-up other passengers as we headed out of town. The City Tour of Tequila was interesting, the Tour Guides were informative and entertaining. We chose the Sunday tour because of other reviews we had read mentioning a buffet and the venue where it was offered. We were not disappointed, the venue was great and the food was very good. Overall, the day was well spent and if someone has never experienced a Tequila Tour then this is money well spent.
If you have time this is a must! Aurturo was our guide and was very knowledgeable about every where he took us. Lots of great history and lots of great things to do! Arturo made our trip very enjoyable, smooth and he was very attentive.
This weather an amazing tour. We learned the history of and how tequila is made. We also discovered how to choose and consume tequila properly. Our guide Arturo and driver Manuel were knowledgeable and fun to tour with.
I highly recommend this tour! My husband and I were picked up directly from our hotel, toured the beautiful Casa Herradura, the town of tequila, and had lunch in a beautiful underground restaurant. We had an English speaking guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Three different tequila tastings! This was a great way to spend the day, see beautiful sights, and drink tequila!
