Día 1: Hanói - Sapa en autobús con una breve caminata al pueblo de Cat Cat (A/C)
De 6.30 h a 7.00 h: recogida local desde su hotel a nuestro servicio de autocar hacia Sapa.

9.30 h: seguirá la autopista hacia la ciudad de Lao Cai, con el primer descanso para poder ir al baño

11.00 h: segundo descanso en la ciudad de Lao Cai antes de dirigirse a Sapa

13.00 h: llegada a la ciudad de Sapa, con los coloridos trajes tradicionales de los grupos étnicos H'mong, Dzao y Tay.

Disfrute de un almuerzo de platos vietnamitas y realice el proceso de registro

14.30 h: realice un corto trayecto hasta el pueblo de Cat Cat, donde vive gente perteneciente al grupo étnico H'mong negro y que se encuentra cerca de la parte inferior de un profundo valle a los pies del pico Fansipan. Nuestro guía local le mostrará las actividades de la vida cotidiana de los lugareños, hará una caminata por la parte baja del valle hasta la cascada, donde los franceses construyeron una central hidráulica; hará una parada para hacer fotos del puente y las cataratas, y subirá por la montaña para que el autobús le recoja y le lleve de regreso a Sapa por la tarde.

La distancia de la caminata es de unos 2,5 km y tiene una duración de 2 horas

17.00 h: regresará a Sapa. Cene y pase la noche en el hotel con actividades nocturnas, gratis y fáciles a su aire.

Día 2: Sapa - Hanói en autobús con una larga caminata Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (D/A)
De 7.00 h a 7.45 h: desayune en el hotel y prepárese la mochila ligera para la caminata

9.00 h: tras un corto trayecto por carretera hacia Y Linh Ho, realice una caminata por las terrazas de arroz y a lo largo del río Muong Hoa hacia el pueblo de Hmong negros de Laos Chai para ver el espectacular paisaje de la montaña Hoang Lien Son y, a continuación, diríjase al pueblo de Ta Van, donde vive población étnica Zay.

La distancia de la caminata es de unos 12 km y tiene una duración de 5 horas

14.30 h: recogida en autobús en Ta Van para llevarle a Sapa.

15.00 h: dese una ducha en el hotel.

15.30 h: suba al autobús para volver a Hanói, con dos descansos.

21.15 h: nos despediremos de usted en su hotel o alojamiento elegido. El viaje termina.

Ropa de abrigo, bufanda, sombrero y gorra porque el tiempo en Sapa es bastante impredecible. Normalmente, hace frío en septiembre, octubre, noviembre, diciembre, enero, febrero y marzo
Debido a la altitud de Sapa, a veces hay niebla en diciembre, enero, febrero y marzo.
También es necesario llevar calzado de trekking, gafas de sol, protector solar y repelente de insectos. Debe llevar dinero en efectivo en dongs vietnamitas porque el sistema bancario de Sapa a veces no funciona bien. En Sapa se aceptan dólares estadounidenses, euros y dólares australianos.
Debe llevar medicamentos, aunque hay algunas farmacias en Sapa en caso de que enferme.

The sights are breathtaking. Tour guide was fantastic. Some women from the villages trekked with us and thank goodness they did, they stopped us from slipping in the mud a few times. Very muddy and wet when we went so wear good non slip shoes. So much fun though. The buses were like nothing I've ever seen, comfortable though. You'll stop at a road house along the way for a toilet break, you need to pay a small amount to use them so take money and take tissues with you as they don't have toilet paper. The motel we stayed in was gorgeous, staff were lovely, food was great and cheap cocktails and beer. Highly recommend this trip.

The bus is faster than going by train but has sleeper seats designed for small people. I could not fit my 6ft 2in into most seats so was left with the option of the seats at the back which are more like beds with about 30 cm of headroom. So not good for those who are claustrophobic. I was told the sleeper train has a similar problem with short beds. The Panorama hotel was fine but nothing special. The walks with the local tour guide were good and he was helpful and informative. The itinerary changed from that advertised but only in that the long walk was done on the first day in 3 hours, rather than on the second day over 5 hours. The shorter walk was then done on the second day.

The pick up and transfers were fine,the 2 hr first trek was fine, however,there was a lot of rain and the 2nd day trek was dangerous as the conditions were treacherous as the terrain was extremely slippery. Also, we had no advise from any one about the footwear! Although, at the last minute we were told by the guide that the hotel will rent us some.Great! We thought.When we went to rent them, they hardly had any matching pairs or sizes! So I ended up with 2 different shoes, which were not really for trekking! Also they were too small for me, which made the whole experience awful!After 4 hours of agony one of my feet's toe was bruised so badly, it took about a week to heal, I couldn't walk with the pain.This was the first time I has agreed to trekking as my family are keen, however, even they said the conditions were bad, as it should not be like this! After this bad experience, I would not agree to any trekking holidays! The only positive side of it was there were few local ladies with the guide to help us, in the end we were obliged to buy their products as a gesture.

Lovely guide and comfortable transport. Hotel lovely location and trekking perfect. Bit touristy on second day but well worth it.
