Private Overnight Sapa Village Experience from Hanoi

Day 1: Hanoi to Lao Cai (No meals)

An English-speaking tour guide will pick you up from your Hanoi hotel and transport you to the Hanoi train station by taxi. The tour guide will give you the train ticket and escort you to your train cabin before the train departs for Lao Cai.

Overnight: King Express train (shared 4-soft-sleeper cabin with air-condition)

Day 2: Lao Cai to Hanoi (B,L)

Upon your arrival at the Lao Cai Train Station in the early morning, you will meet your local tour guide and driver. Then, transfer 38km uphill to Sapa, viewing the rice fields and villages from the vehicle along the way. Enjoy breakfast with "Pho" beef noodles or chicken noodles once you arrive in Sapa town. Take a short break, then continue to the Lao Chai village of the Black H'mong group. Trek 5km from Lao Chai to Ta Van Dzay to get an upclose look at the rice fields, schools, stilt-houses, and streams.

Break for a traditional lunch in the Ta Van village before visiting Sapa's ancient rock ground, affectionately called the "Stonehenge of Vietnam". Head back to Sapa afterwards to explore Rock Church and the town market. Hop on the deluxe tourist shuttle van, the Sapa Eco Van or Green Lion Van, to begin your 6-hour journey to Hanoi. End your journey upon your arrival to your hotel in Hanoi at around 21:00.
