This tour was a perfect option for our group. It is busy at the museums but the tour was very well organized and the communication for our pickup point and time was just as promised. Our guide both for the transportation and while at the museum did a wonderful job of preparing us for the visit and providing enough information as we visited. As noted in the details for the tour, food isn’t included and it is a long day. There are a couple short breaks during the day and some food options at the museum, but not enough time to get a meal. I would recommend bringing some small snacks for the breaks and be sure to eat a breakfast in the morning. Also note the drive to the museum is about 1.5 hours. Overall we are so glad we picked this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Picked up at apartment on time. Arrived at Auschwitz and the driver (sorry didn't get his name) was brilliant took us to where we were meant to be and told us what to expect. All in all it was a fascinating day and would definitely use this tour company again.

This is an amazing place with so much history of sadness but you need to see it and feel it. Learn more than knew so glad I took my kids so they also could understand what happened and know the world can be a horrible place sometimes.

Trip was well organised , collection on foot from our hotel and short walk to the bus , Tour guides were very knowledgeable Auschwitz and Birkenau must be visited to understand how bad the Nazis were and to pay respects to those that died / suffered there. No words can describe this on a review Only bad thing was the bus size it was VERY cramped !

They provided earphones and picking up from my place. The lady was very kind and knowledgeable, very good driver too

This was an excellent tour, we were apprehensive beforehand bearing in mind where we were visiting and it is hard to believe what actually went on when walking round the two sites. What made our tour especially memorable was our tour guide, unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but she was not only very informative, but explained everything in a very sympathetic manner, often leaving time for reflection. I do think that the site should adopt a dress code as some in our group were in shorts/vests which I do n to think is appropriate for this kind of historical site.

Excellent pick up, very professional bus and tour guides, the actual tour was superb, not rushed although you had to keep a steady pace, and dropped off close to our pick up point which was a bonus, well done all concerned.

If you decide to visit Auschwitz then I would recommend this tour. The trip was well organised and the pick up worked well. The guide was very knowledgeable and struck the right tone for such a challenging visit. I would recommend eating before you go if possible as we barely got any free time during the day (and it is a day trip). There is also a lot of walking to be done and much of it is outside so dress for the weather.

We booked the ‘day’ tour. Pick up was on time. The tour itself was 1.5hrs in Auschwitz 1 and 1hr in Birkenau. There was so much to see that it did end up feeling rushed and there wasn’t much time to absorb the information. The guides were very respectful as was the way the tour was arranged. Unfortunately, each break was only 15mins with no lunch. I would recommend that you bring food with you as there is no time to eat in the cafe so you can only grab snacks. The complete trip was 7hrs inc hotel pick ups but the actual time there was only around 3hrs. It is an absolute must do trip and the tour operator we used, Royal Cracow, were excellent.

We were picked up 10 minutes early and then had several other pick ups before we were on our way. The journey took about an hour and we were dropped very close to the entrance to Auschwitz, we had a tour round the various huts with headphones on and the guide talking via a radio, this was excellent. After this we then went the mile and a half to Birkenau where you are dropped in a car park several 100 metres away from the gates and once in you have to walk a very long way to see the remains of the gas chamber and then back to see one hut. Be aware the ground is very uneven so good shoes or boots are a good idea. Well worth seeing though.

Everything was perfect. The coach picked us up from the hotel and at the time that we were told and left is same place.

if you only do one trip this is a must do trip from are hotel pick up ride to the camp with documentory film on board bus to the guide in the camps every thing was first class just remember to have loose change for the loos

Very well organised trip with excellent, well informed and sensitive guide, good coach etc. The museum and all it represents can speak for itself. Unthinkable to go to Krakow and not visit Auschwitz.
