La excursión comienza con la recogida en su hotel del centro de Kuala Lumpur y un recorrido en coche por las afueras de la ciudad a lo largo "Ambassador Row", pasando por el palacio de Istana Sharif Ali.
Después de seguir por el paisaje rural, pasará pueblos típicos malayos de camino a la primera parada, la fábrica de peltre Royal Selangor. Aquí, tendrá la opción de realizar un recorrido por la fábrica de peltre más grande del mundo, famosa por su artesanía y productos de alta calidad. Durante el recorrido de la fábrica, verá los distintos procesos que se incluyen en el trabajo con peltre, entre ellos el moldeado, el llenado, el pulido, la soldadura, el martilleo y el grabado.
Después de volver a su autobús, el recorrido continúa en una fábrica de batik, donde podrá ver cómo se diseña y se imprime el tejido de batik.
La última parada serán las colinas de piedra caliza de las cuevas de Batu. Aquí, un tramo de 272 escalones conduce a una cueva sagrada con un templo hindú, que alberga el santuario de la deidad hindú Lord Murugah. La cercana cueva-museo está repleta imágenes de deidades y murales que representan escenas de la escrituras hindúes.
La excursión finaliza con el viaje de regreso a Kuala Lumpur, donde se le dejará en su hotel.

Excellent tour. Even though there were other guests in the trip as it was a shared trip, was enjoyable.Only the Batik village included in the trip was time wasting thing. Just a store with so much things to sell, most of which are not traditionally printed items. Driver was very informative and timely.

Even though this tour can be done on one's own I liked that it was organized by someone else and that I didn't feel alone. The cave was interesting but the best part were MONKEYS, lots of them. As I am an animal lover I enjoyed little creatures stealing people's food and drinks or just playing around. There are many stair to climb so someone who has difficulty with stairs would have a hard time, but for the rest of us with the few rests it is very doable. There are many new things that they are building on the top and in about a year there will be even more things to see and take pictures of. WORTH THE MONEY, even though I bought two tickets and used only one I do not regret.

For all of our tours we were thinking of having booked with different agencies. Finally all travelers were picked up by their hotels and gathered in the touristic office. There we were split to different buses based on the destination and all of the times we were served by tour51 even though none of our bookings were with this agency. So my proposal is choose the cheapest and just be lucky to have a good guide! Our guide in this tour was very good, willing to share with us a lot of info. However I did't like that he mentioned that it is necessary to wear long trousers/skirts just when we arrived to a touristic batik shop pushing us to buy something and not mentioning that there are lots of shops with half or less prices I am not talking especially for batik but for something just to cover your legs. In any case be prepared and WEAR something long or have a LONG scarf with you!
