Sintra is a must see place, and Tanya our guide made it quite a memorable visit with her deep knowledge of everything Portuguese. Skipping the line is crucial too since it can be really long on a hot day

This tour was Amazing! Everything we saw was beautiful and exciting. Marlene, the tour guide from Lisbon Riders is so knowledgeable about the culture and history of the country and she loves to share that with her guests. She is warm and funny and a perfect host. She got us into Pena Palace before the crowds started lining up so we had plenty of time to spend in the other locations on the tour. She also gave us excellent suggestions on the foods we should try and they were delicious! The vehicle was quite new and comfortable with air conditioning. The group was small and manageable so we weren't waiting for a straggler or holding up the group. I can't wait to come back and do it all again. Thank you Marlene, you were amazing and gave us some great memories.

Guide had a great personality, extremely knowledgeable and caring. She was engaging with all 8 ppl in the group throughout the day. Unfortunately morning was rainy and extremely cloudy which prevented us from seeing the beautiful views from the palace. Palace was not memorable as many I have seen in my travels. Cascais was a typical touristy beach town but enjoyable short stop. Rating is a 5 for the great guide.

Tania the guide was very knowledgeble and gave a wonderful insight not only to the area but also the history. Sintra was amazing and exactly as described. Our guide took us to the museum first as soon as we arrived to avoid the queues, excellent move Tania as when we came out the queues were massive!! Views of the Atlantic coast were stunning, although we were slightly underwhelmed at Capo de Roca. Cascais was a very busy seaside resort, nothing remarkable and not for us.

We saw everything that was outlined in the description and really enjoyed the day. The only thing that was a negative was the number of people in the van...9 including the driver. Someone was always in the middle seat with limited view.

This was a great way to spend a day outside of the city. I would definitely recommend doing the tour as there were very long lines that we avoided. Carolina was an amazing guide. She gave us great recommendations and answered all questions. Would do this again, and highly recommend. Only thing I would change: Spend less time in the small town in Sintra after Pena Palace and have more time in Cascais. We felt a little rushed and only had time to grab lunch in Cascais. Would have like to walk around.

We enjoyed this tour--the Pena Palace is 19th century Disney! But the grounds are lovely. The village of Sintra is charming, although it is hard to get lunch. Cascais was also nice, but my favorite part of the day was our stop at the westernmost point of Portugal--the ocean there reminds me of Northern California, and the fising village on the cliff was beautiful.

Tour guide was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Made a good effort to know all the guests. Van was nice and comfortable, even with 8 people. Sintra tour was good, seeing Cascais was nice, but some of the in-between stops/viewpoints aren't too interesting and things get a little long. You could just see Sintra and Cascais by yourself for less than half the price, but the commentary was nice.

Completely worth it! You get to see many sites on the tour and it is convenient to have transportation to see the Palace. Rita was well knowledgeable about the history of each site and made sure the group was enjoying the experience. You get free time and the wall walk was really fun.

This was a fantastic tour. Our Guide, Catarina, was first rate and very knowledgable. She went out of her way to ensure that at particular vantage points she took photos of couples, something that cant always happen. The places visited were brilliant, and would recommend this particular tour to everyone.
