Diríjase a Toulouse Street, en el barrio francés a la hora elegida para el crucero de 2 horas con desayuno-almuerzo. Suba a bordo del vapor Natchez, un auténtico barco de vapor con ruedas de palas que le llevará en un antiguo recorrido a lo largo del río Misisipi. Este barco de vapor lo tiene todo, desde una sala de máquinas digna de un museo hasta un megáfono para dar las órdenes del barco.
Mientras avanza por el río Misisipi, disfrute de maravillosas vistas del horizonte de Nueva Orleans mientras disfruta de música en directo interpretada por un trío de jazz. También dispone de narración en directo a bordo.
En el interior de la cabina o en las cubiertas exteriores, tome asiento y disfrute de un exquisito desayuno-almuerzo bufé típico de Luisiana. Degustará platos como frittatas de huevo, gambas criollas, gachas de maíz y queso, budín de pan y fruta fresca (consulte el menú completo más abajo), todos platos sabrosos favoritos de Luisiana. Nota: el Steamboat NATCHEZ estará fuera de servicio del 21 de enero al 16 de febrero de 2019 por sus inspecciones anuales de la Guardia Costera y el mantenimiento general. Todos los cruceros durante este tiempo se llevarán a cabo en su embarcación hermana: el Riverboat CITY de NEW ORLEANS.
Para ayudar a preservar el Barrio Francés del tráfico vehicular, se le solicita que camine, si es posible, hasta el conveniente punto de partida de la excursión, a solo un corto paseo de la mayoría de los hoteles del centro.
El Steamboat NATCHEZ es accesible para discapacitados. Sin embargo, el acceso a las cubiertas superior e inferior es solo por escaleras. Llámenos con cualquier pregunta antes de finalizar sus planes si tiene preguntas sobre el acceso o el equipo personal.
El crucero es adecuado para sillas de ruedas, pero los puestos de los baños no son lo suficientemente anchos para acomodarse y no hay ascensores a bordo.

A family and friends outing,,,,enjoyable but not so special to go again,,,,ticket rates, retrieval and boarding were very smooth,,,,food is so closely monitored as to be annoying,,,no air conditioning except at the bar, so if you aren’t at the bar it’s HOT,,,,,

I’m from Iowa and live on the Mississippi. The cruise wasn’t spectacular but it was fun, relaxing, and informative. The food was ok. I enjoyed myself and if I go back to The Big Easy next year, I’d probably do it again.

Food was amazing. Boarding and disembarking was very orderly and moved quickly. Dining room very clean and looked re-done. The brunch was out of this world. I'd like the recipe for your shrimp and grits . The gentleman speaking the tour was excellent. Loved " the steamboat stompers" just the kind of music I was looking for in NOLA

Definitely not worth the money. It was a total tourist trap. The food was just so so. If you don’t get there early enough you wont have a seat with a view. We sat in the center of the boat and listened to the narration without the view. The band was pretty good, but didn’t play for very long at all.

Had a nice time. Staff was nice, food was limited but was pretty good (could've been better), drinks were good. The organ was way off key and kind of annoying. I wish the commentary would've been more in depth as I would've like to have learned more about what I was seeing. Expected more for the price

The Natchez is a beautiful boat with a lot of history on it! The audio tour of the Mississippi River was really fascinating and you will learn a lot. However, definitely skip the brunch on this. The food is sub-par and for what you pay, you can get a nice brunch elsewhere in New Orleans. I would recommend the jazz cruise by itself. The jazz band was great!

It was a great experience. They have live band. They have buffet. They have Southern Specialty food like bread pudding, banana foster with ice cream and grits. They have someone explained some of the history about New Orleans on the river.
