Reúnase con su guía cerca de la base de la torre para recibir una introducción a la estructura antes de vivir esta experiencia única. En la entrada, podrá ver de cerca el monumento por primera vez mientras su guía organiza las entradas.
Tenga en cuenta que, durante los periodos de mayor actividad, posiblemente tenga que esperar para pasar por la cola de las escaleras y el control de seguridad. Aunque esta excursión está programada para durar dos horas, el tiempo de espera durante esta fase puede aumentar la duración en ocasiones. Si tiene que esperar, el guía aprovechará el tiempo para explicarle la fascinante historia de la creación de la torre. Puede estar seguro de que estas colas avanzan mucho más rápido que las de los ascensores.
La Ciudad de la Luz se alzará ante sus ojos mientras sube las escaleras hasta el primer nivel, a la vez que disfruta de los valiosos comentarios de su guía. Las excursiones en ascensor estándares tienden a omitir esta planta; tendrá tiempo para hacer fotografías o caminar por el suelo de cristal a 57 metros (188 pies) de altura. Otros de los monumentos más emblemáticos de la ciudad empezarán a revelarse a medida que retome la subida al mirador de la segunda planta: el Arco del Triunfo, los Campos Elíseos y la Catedral de Notre Dame.
También puede mejorar su experiencia y subir en ascensor hasta la cumbre para disfrutar de las mejores vistas panorámicas que la ciudad puede ofrecer.
En ocasiones, a causa de las condiciones meteorológicas adversas u otras circunstancias no previsibles similares, la cumbre puede estar cerrada temporalmente tras su llegada a la Torre Eiffel. En estos casos, su grupo no podrá acceder a la cumbre. Si esto ocurriese, recibirá un reembolso por el valor de la diferencia del coste del acceso a la cumbre.
Una vez que haya disfrutado las espectaculares vistas, puede decidir cómo desea volver a la planta baja (por las escaleras o en ascensor) y retomar su aventura parisina.

Booked a tour at 9:30 am which turned out to be the perfect time. Got there by 8:40 just in case but no line up at the security check. Our guide Henry was excellent. Smart, interesting, and passionate about the stories surrounding the tower. We had to queue for 15 minutes to get to the stairs but Henry had started the tour so the time flew by. He guided us up the stairs to the 1st platform where he spent 20 more minutes giving us a detailed history. Very interesting! We then walked up to the 2nd floor where he left us to explore on our own. Well worth it! Thanks Henry!!!

Our tour guide did not share much knowledge with the group. In fact she was new to Paris and had only been to the tower when she started working for the tour group. I am not sure what we really paid for with this tour as we got in line and tour guide then went to the window to buy tickets. Seemed like we could have just done this ourselves instead of paying the higher fee for someone else to buy the tickets...

Enjoyed the views from the first two viewing areas but our tickets to the top were cancelled moments before we ascended, due to the top closing. By the time we reached the 2nd platform, the top had reopened, but we couldn’t change our tickets. Disappointed.

We were told it was ' a skip the line ticket' no it wasn't . We still had to line up. That was disappointing.

We absolutely loved this tour. Everything went smoothly despite having to queue through security and several times to go to the next floor because our tour guide explained what was happening and was extremely interesting to listen to! Henry was energetic, very knowledgeable, approachable and highly interesting! We loved hearing so much of the history of the tower while visiting the different levels all the way to the top. It was brilliant and much more interesting than if we had just gone without a guide.

The quality of our guide, Manny was amazing. The problem was our group of about 30 people still had to queue up behind another person assisting the group who bought the tickets. This took so long, might has well have got our own tickets. Rediculously cold day nearly broke us but glad we still made it to the summit and hear about the history, very interesting.

My wife and i were blessed to have a thoughtful guide and cooridinator for this tour to the effiel tower. They were friendly and gave us lots of tips on the Do’s and Do not’s for being tourists in Paris.Helen (our tour guide) in particular, gave us a good understanding on the history of the Eiffel Tower and the momuments we get to see from the top of the tower. Walkin’ up the tower is indeed a good experience....! Thank you once again, Helen! :D

We had the best tour guide! His name was Leo and he knew SO much about the history of Paris and had a great sense of humor and loads of good humor. The climb was not strenuous and we saw a beautiful perspective of Paris - stunning from the top!

Loved it, breath taking views. Line to get in was insane but so was the skip the line tours the same day we went. Just be prepared to be flexible with your time.

Well worth the wait. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! It is nice to be able to say that I WALKED up the Eiffel Tower!
