I only give this tour a 2 because of the complications I had. I stayed on West Railay Beach and had to catch the longtail boat not included in the tour fare. You had to pay 100 Baht per person and either wait for total of 8 people or pay 800 Baht to be taken immediately. Due to not being able to wait and wanting to arrive at Anamo Pier as instructed by Cattery Tour, I purchased the longtail for 800 Baht although there was only 3 people. We arrived at 8:05, prior to our 8:15 time. We waited until 9:15 when we were picked someones personal vehicle. The company had the wrong name but the correct reference number. We were transported to the rest of the group, let off on the street and had to jay walk to get to the van. Due to the van being late, the driver drove extremely fast to us to the hot springs. His erratic driving caused my daughter to get sick and vomit 2 times upon arriving. Luckily, there were 2 nurses from Canada on our tour who gave her motion sickness medicine for the remaining part of the tour. The hot springs were crowded but pretty interesting. At the Tiger Cave Temple, our group struggled to make summit come back to the van on time. My 3 made it back 15 minutes late, then another lady nurse the driver said he was going to leave the other 8 people. We begged him not too because their belongings were in the van. 30 minutes later 6 others arrived, at which point our driver wanted to give the 2 peoples belongings to a taxi cab driver. We had to beg him not to do so. Luckily everyone made the trip back to their hotels and I had to pay only 300 Baht for my return trip. Suggestions: Longtail boat should be included in tour cost and Tiger Cave Temple should be first due to hike being strenuous followed by relaxing in the pool and hot springs.

only did the crystal pool and hot spring. the hot spring was good, although I was badly bitten there and you need to be careful of slippy rocks. My recommendation is some rubber soled aqua shoes if you have them. I took the scenic walk to the emerald pool the second stop and it was 100 nicer than the main route there and back. It says 1.4km on the sign but if felt less than that and met hardly any people.

Right off the bat the guide said that they are not a tour guide. There was no one to share much about anywhere we were. There were also no snacks or free coffee/tea as stated.

Bad Planning. No guide assigned we were being attended by tour guide of some other tourist group. Tour starts at 8:30 am with hotel pick and we are taken to a natural hot spring which is quite crowded. Next we move to Emerald pool which is a small natural pool whose colour is like an emerald stone. Last stop is Tiger cave temple which has some 1200 steep stairs to reach the top, the view is breathtaking but one is quite exhausted in this journey. Tiger cave has to be at the start of the trip followed by the hot spring and pool to make a sensible tour
