Karlovy Vary es el balneario bohemio más famoso nombrado por el Emperador del Sacro Imperio Romano Carlos (Karl) IV. El emperador supuestamente encontró las fuentes en 1358 durante una expedición de caza. En el siglo XIX, numerosos famosos procedentes de toda Europa acudieron para recibir tratamiento, como Goethe, Schiller, Beethoven, Chopin y Karl Marx.
A su llegada a Karlovy Vary, visitará una exposición de cristal en la fábrica Moser. Después, mientras pasea por la ciudad a lo largo de las columnatas del balneario, tendrá la oportunidad de tomar el agua de las fuentes, degustar las deliciosas obleas locales y el tradicional licor de hierbas Becherovka.

It was a lovely trip. Our guide was very helpful and had lots of knowledge to give us. It was a fun trip and not too tiring as well.

A little bit of confusion at the pick up since the instructions did not say to sign in at the booth that had the name of a different company and we were waiting for a bus to show up but other than that the tour was smooth. The tour guide was very interesting. The Moser factory tour was more interesting than most factory tours that these tours take you to and Karlovy Vary was stunning. After a guided tour of Karlovy Vary we had plenty of time to walk around ourselves and explore.

Nice day to get out in the countryside. The glass blowing factory was great to see. Downtown was an easy walk with plenty of time to shop and have a great lunch. The driver and guide did a great job. Well worth the time and money. We highly recommend.
