We enjoyed the antics of the crew. We liked the bagpipes and dancers. Plenty of food and drinks. We were very satisfied.

Overcrowded ,poor execution of seating people! Seating too many people at tables! Very disorganized from beginning to end! Asked about calling for a cab, which they did not bother! Food mediocre if that.just a game on how many people they could jam in! Total waste of money!

Two years ago we enjoyed your medieval dinner. It took place in Lesser Town in a wonderful basement/dungeon atmosphere. The entertainment was a good variety of excellent performers an the dinner was out of this world good. SO I booked this dinner again this year...disappointment. Food was just mediocre at best, venue was a different place and the food entertainment was pretty slapstick and repetitious and just so so. I was very disappointed with the whole affair, especially because I told friends and really hyped it up. I WON”T BE BACK!

We had been a group of almost 20 people. Made the online reservation for each meal and added the comment that we all belonged to 1 group; when we came there we had 2 tables in 2 different rooms since the restaurant didn't receive my notes - quite annoying start already. Our table got quite poor service on drinks: we had to wait a long time to receive drinks (although the table next to us got served quite well!). The show and the food is only moderate in our opinion, not even speaking of the service.

The food and the ale/wine just kept coming, and the entertainment was exciting as well. Enjoyed it! Don't hestitate to book this experience

I’d recommend mid-week. Thursday night worked great for us. The venue seated 180 people that night, can seat up to 230 on Fri and Sat. It would seem the hosts try to seat you at tables that speak same language. Everyone at out table had a great attitude and outlook.

Incredible atmosphere! Entertainment was fabulous! Food was amazing, authentic and large portions (don't eat beforehand!)! Drinks really are unlimited, be prepared to have tankards of beer and jugs of wine coming at you constantly

An amazing night with great food and freezing cold beer (who can say no to infinite refills!). The entertainment was amazing as well.

Let me preface this review by saying that my wife and I don't drink alcohol. we enjoyed the meal the food was really good however the facility seemed, well, medieval... Which is just what it should have been. We were really impressed by the jester, magician it came by the table. He mystified me with his magic :-) the bagpipes in the drums seems loud when we first got there.. everybody had a great time I would recommend it for couples but not for families.

Overall, a fun evening out! Great ambiance. The candlelit room set a good mood. Wait staff was very attentive and always made sure that your glass was not empty. The 5 course meal was paced perfectly and the food itself was well prepared (soup and dessert were my least favorite). The entertainment was great! Especially loved live music and fire dancing!

Great atmosphere, the food was amazing and unbeatable show. I would go back. It’s great for the whole family to enjoy. A lot of drinking tho

The meal was held in an underground restaurant. Would have been nice except it is a fire trap and we and the people we were sitting with spent the evening worrying about if we were going to be trapped in a burning restaurant made and decorated fully in timber.. No fire exists, extinguishers, no exit plans and only one exit via timber stars in a restaurant holding more than 200 people. no emergency lighting and lots and lots of candles burning throughout the restaurant. The food was sub standard and if you could get a drink it was worth the wait. The entrainment was great but would have been more enjoyable if we weren’t so concerned about burning to death. You will read about this restaurant one day about all the wrong reasons.

Food was great, show entertaining and funny. Plenty of beer. Wine was difficult to get though, asked one waiter a few times and he never came back with any. Meeting point would be better at old town square.

A nice meal, no complaints, plenty of beer and wine, and entertainment was a good effort by the crew who gave us a good show. However we were given a table in a dark corner of a ram packed room Extremely difficult to move around, so tightly packed very uncomfortable. The heat was unbearable with air conditioning not effective and couldn't cope with the hundreds of people. Access by a dimly lit spiral staircase was not easy,all waiting on the steps fir a considerable time.

A really fun dinner with live music and performers. They put in their all to give you a fun evening. Good food, drink and attentive staff. The two guys with beards were so smiley and fun. I even bought the photo! Surprise birthday apple strudel with candle was delicious.

Food was awful Entertainment might have been good? If we could have seen the front side of them table was in front of the kitchen door.

A lot of food included. The quality of food was okay (had the Chicken as main dish). All courses had plenty of salt. The beer was below average and had to ask repeatedly for Water for the table. They seemed surprised that people wanted more water and less beer.

The title says it all. The significant positive aspects of the experience were the ambience, decor, personalised service. The quality/taste of the soup and dessert didn't match the overall high standard of the meal. The entertainment was superb !

Make sure you are hungry because there is lots of food. Lots of beer and wine but no one seemed drunk. Entertainment was fun. Only complaint was the meeting point. The Charles Bridge is the toughest place to get to, but then to walk 700me back where we came from made no sense. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money-includes 5 course meal-lovely food, plenty of beer or wine and fabulous entertainment. Recommend to anyone who likes a good night out

The food was good, service was a little slow and disorganized. Was not what we expected, but didnt regret the experience.

I really liked this experience, the only thing was my husband can walk very well and the walk from the square to there was very hard to do, I think it should be explained that ther is walking after you meet in square, because we walked by this placed while going to square.

I made the reservation directly with Viator over the phone. I was unable to make the reservation online because for the five people, we had two different entree requests pork and poultry. The reservation was made without incident. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated. There were not enough place settings, but we figured that would be dealt with later. Soon, a waiter said that we could not sit there at all and would have to leave. We were unsure whether he meant leave the restaurant or just move. He said that we were under two different reservations, and they didn't have seating for us. Really, it was awful. We had walked a long way to get there and were anticipating a fun evening. We finally asked to talk to the manager and ultimately asked for a refund when a manager could not be located. Eventually, we were seated at a table for six. We had no idea what the issue was as they did have a table. The night at that point was pretty much spoiled. The pork was fatty but good. The wine was awful, so we switched to beer. The duck was dry, but the chicken was okay. We did not see all of the show because parts took place in another room. I guess that you get what you pay for. We left early.
