The centre of this complex is Strahov Stadium, one of the largest stadiums in the world – in its heyday, it held up to 250,000 viewers! Sports of all types have their place here, and every year a number of sports and cultural events are held here. The complex is located at the top of Strahov Hill, from which you’ll have a superb view of the city.

Enjoy view on Dancing House on the other bank of river Vltava.

This pillar of modern architecture in Prague “danced” onto the Rašínovo Embankment in 1996. The project comes from the drawing board of world-renowned architects Vlado Milunić and Frank O. Gehry. Its concept was inspired by the dance skills of the famous film couple – the stone tower symbolizes Fred Astaire and the glass tower, his partner Ginger Rogers.

National Theatre of Prague is one of the dominants of Prague. Its golden crown on the roof is visible from everywhere. If you like balet or opera, this is the right place to go.

This large area unites hardcore sports with recreation. Here you'll find the longest illuminated inline track in Prague (a 4.2 km circuit). There are also volleyball and beach volleyball courts, a sports equipment rental centre, and a restaurant.

Spiritka homestead - Originally old monastic homestead surrounded by vineyards. First recorded name of it was Gayerka. From 1766 to 1772 it was owned by Jan Spirit, who rebuilt it in Baroque style and whose name has the homestead today.
