We have learned to take the hop-on, hop-off bus tours whenever going to a new city. This trip was no different. We got a great overview of Rvk and allowed us to get off after one trip around at the stope we were interested in.

Terrible - do not waste your money. I do the hop on hop off in cities all over the world as I think that it is a good way to get a sense of the city and then decide what to do. This was by far the most boring one I have ever been on - waste of money

Highly recommend. it is a great way to get a snapshot of the city and to learn where you want to spend time learning about the city and Iceland.

Had difficulty getting from my guesthouse to one the hop on /hop off sites to catch a bus.. frustrating to have to spend time lost tryng to get downtown. Would have been nice to know which city bus to go downtown. Suggest that the hop on hop off stop at th central city bus area, so people can catch a connecting bus to where they are staying. Only able to see two sights. Disappointing. One needs to spend a whole day with this activity.
