Excursión con entrada Evite las colas de lo mejor del Vaticano
Reúnase con su guía y el resto de su grupo cerca de la entrada a los Museos Vaticanos, donde accederá con entrada comprada por anticipado Evite las colas y comenzará su exploración de la Ciudad del Vaticano.
Normalmente nuestras excursiones en grupo tienen entre 15 y 18 participantes, y un máximo de 22 personas.
En primer lugar, visitará lo mejor de los Museos Vaticanos. Verá muchas impresionantes obras de arte y visitará las maravillosas Salas de Rafael, con obras maestras del famoso artista. Desde aquí, entrará en la alucinante Capilla Sixtina. Su guía le contará todo lo que hay que saber sobre la obra de arte más famosa de Miguel Ángel, el techo de la Capilla Sixtina.
El recorrido finalizará con una entrada Evite las colas de la Capilla Sixtina a la Basílica de San Pedro. Se quedará prendado de esta enorme catedral mientras su guía le explica su historia y la riqueza de sus obras de arte.
Su completa visita termina cerca de la entrada a los Museos Vaticanos.

- Existen ciertos códigos de vestimenta para entrar a los lugares de culto y a museos. No está permitido llevar pantalones cortos ni camisetas sin mangas. Tanto hombres como mujeres DEBEN cubrirse las rodillas y los hombros. Si no cumple las normas de atuendo, corre el riesgo de que no se le permita la entrada.
- La Basílica de San Pedro es una iglesia. Como tal, el Vaticano puede decidir cerrarla sin previo aviso. En este caso, podrá pasar más tiempo en los Museos Vaticanos con su guía

The tour was fantastic-- our guide Chiara was informative and personable and I enjoyed it very much. I have been on several Vatican tours and this ranks very highly. The only reason this tour does not get 5 stars today was because a week or so before the tour I got an email asking us to show up early to the meeting point-- at 7:50 instead of 8:30. Ok, no problem. However, the tour did not even leave the meeting point until close to 9 and it seemed like things were a bit chaotic. Now, I do understand that the museums had been closed for 2 days prior so it was extra crazy that morning, and I also know that group members were late and that is out of the hands of the tour company but I wish we had not been standing around for over an hour and had kept the original meeting time.
Firstly, we arrived on time - however a couple of people were 30 minutes late, so we had to wait in the cold until they turned up. I know its no fault of the tour company, but we were herded in like sheep with no option but to shuffle along with everyone else and no time to look at the art. It was just critically overcrowded.....greedy money grabbing people I found the entire experience uncomfortable. The highlight was at the end with t he Church and St peters Square - glad I did it but never again.
When it was time for our tour, we were immediately escorted in and our guide was very informative and quick to answer any questions. It was a lengthy tour and when we got to St. Peter's, there was talk that the Pope was going to make an appearance at a special service at noon. Since it was 11:40, we decided to leave the tour (which was almost at the end) and stand in line to see if he would come. There were many Cardinals dressed in green and then the Pope came and spoke. Although we could not understand what he said, it was a great experience. Skipping the line is the way to go since there were many people waiting in line and it was only 9 a.m.
This was a great tour! Our guide was well-versed in the material he presented, and he had a solid command of the English language. The starting point was easy to find. My only criticism is that it took some time to process everyone and get the tour underway. Regardless of this glitch, I would recommend this tour to anyone.
Good experience -- worth the ticket.
