I spent a wonderful day.. Well organized tour. Comfortable car. The guide spent many interesting stories on the history of San Francisco. And the very tasting of the wonderful Californian wine. I recommend to everyone
We had a small, friendly group with a good guide. The wine tastings were fun and Sonoma was very pretty. I was pleased we had some time there at the end. A half day for this was just right for me as I was only in San Francisco for a short visit. Would recommend.
Steve was a wonderful tour guide. He is so knowledgeable of the city and surrounding areas. Full of great tips for restaurants and anything you would want to do in San Francisco! I had an amazing time on this tour.
Jerry was super guide....wonderful and interesting experience! He was knowledgeable and thoughtful....
Tour guide stopped in the middle of the street to check his text msg. 4+ hour tour ended up being 8+ hours. Guide got into an argument with staff member on the phone and 13 passengers heard this argument. We were constantly getting honked at and all passengers made statements about feeling like the trip could have "killed us" because the guide almost caused accidents multiple times. We spent out entire day on a half day wine tour. Very disappointed with the guide and company. The wine tasting was great but the company should be careful about who they hire as a guide, he completely ruined our tour.
Jerry was an excellent tour guide. Gave us lots of interesting information. I loved both winery’s we visited. I liked the first one better. It was smaller and they really spend time with us tasters giving the low down on the wine tasting art.
My husband and I, along with another couple took this tour and absolutely loved it. We visited two wineries in Sonoma Viansa and Homewood. Our favorite was the smaller Homewood Winery. They were very friendly and we were able to actually meet the owner. Stephen was an awesome tour guide and gave us a lot of facts about the area on our drive over. I would recommend this tour to couples looking for a half day winery tour.
Traveled north to Homewood Winery, while guide gave an insightful and humorous history of SF, Sonoma, and surrounds. Then went to Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, which is an Italian style winery. For my money, I enjoyed the smaller, more family-style setting of Homewood. The wine tasted better to me too. Glad I bought a couple bottles.
It was a good tour, but for $90 it should have covered tasting fees at both wineries. Jerry was a great tour guide. Only problem was Darla calling being very rude and condescending telling the bus couldn’t pick me up at my hotel and that I needed to walk for miles in a bad part of town. She lied.
