Great staff for the day, Patrick our park ranger who was on board was full of information about the marine life, history and formation of the glaciers. The staff were so passionate about their jobs and even spent some extra time searching for Orcas that were spotted in a nearby location, luckily for us we were fortunate enough to see these beautiful creatures cruising through the blue waters. The salmon we had for lunch was delicious too, overall great trip.

I had a great time on this cruise. Very professional people, Captain Laura and her crew were awesome in finding wildlife as we cruised this beautiful park. The boat is very new, clean and well maintained. I didn't purchase the food included package but I should have, my only regret, and it was my fault. I highly recommend this cruise!!!

The ride was amazing from start to end. The day was beautiful. The ranger onboard was very informative and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We saw the magnificent glaziers flow in between the majestic mountains and land formations. We stopped to see fin whales and Orcas. Eagles, seals and otters. It was a magical day.

The weather was awful the day we scheduled our trip (7/14/19), but we had a great time anyway. The glacier was indeed impressive. Even more impressive was seeing the humpback whale, the orca pods (2), and the Steller sea lions. Captain Sarah and crew did a really good job on a day that was rainy, foggy, windy, and full of pitches and rolls.

Beautiful scenery. Saw whale, sea lions, sea otters and puffins. Lots of glacier calving. Smooth ride. Even had a glacier margarita. Ranger Deb and Ryan were great narrators. Thanks for the trip!

When we booked this trip, it was the only one we choose that allowed us to see a glacier. Unfortunately, when we finished our wildlife cruise, with two hours left in our trip, we were told it was too late to see a glacier and no more busses were going there. We were so disappointed. We had met the tour guide and followed their directions of which bus to get on. That bus took us to the boat. I contacted the front office when we got back to port and never got a call back. When we got home a week later, I called again and they did refund the cost of the glacier trip. However, I was very disappointed that there was no real empathy that a moment of a lifetime was lost, AND that they had not contacted me to resolve the issue. The wildlife cruise was phenomenal! We saw orcas and 4 humpbacks all very close. The captain and naturalist were great. Very engaged and informative. Could not ask for more. I really want to give the captain/naturalist five stars and the booking/planning zero stars.

The sights were just fantastic. We saw several pods of orca whales, sea lions, a black bear, doll sheep and a hump back whale.

The scenery was great. Despite of bad weather, we spotted sea lions, puffins and a bald eagle along the way. Crew members were very friendly and food was good. Portions of the ride is bumpy, so taking motion sickness medicine is highly recommended.
