The tour was very well organized. Our tour guide Luvina was great. She was giving us a lot of information, she was also helpful with special requests. The wine tasting was wonderful and fun. I can recommend this tour highly.

We started out our day with a trip to San Gimignano, a vibrant old town. We trekked up a hill to the walls surrounding the quaint town. The view was spectacular from the entering gates. There were many shops and restaurants to choose from within. Next, we went to Chianti to a winery with beautiful grounds surrounded by grapevines. Our host for wine tasting was a grandson of the original owner of the vineyards. He was very entertaining while presenting each wine. The very quiet crowd became very talkative and lively by the time all of the tasting was finished. A good time was had by all. Kudos to the host.

This tour was great. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us information only a local would know. We had time to see a typical town in the Chianti region and then spent some time in San Gimignano. It would have been nice to have had more time there but after we went to a wine tasting where we had the chance to try about 7 different wines with light appetizers. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Very nice tour of San Gimignano and visited a family winery where we got to taste some wonderful olive oil and good wine. Nice way to see the countryside, especially for a first time visitor.
