Thank you so much to our driver Tiho and the guide Igor. They were both fantastic. From welcoming us onto the bus they were both so friendly and created a fun atmosphere. They were both so informative whilst on the bus on the long drive through Bosnia and Herzegovina and when we arrived in Dubrovnik, Igor took us on a walking tour of the old town. He shared lots of information and was easily able to answer any questions from the group. Both of them were excellent throughout the whole day. Definitely a recommended trip!

This is a fantastic tour and well worth the 7-8 hours of travelling via mini bus! Igor is a great guide with wonderful knowledge, humour and advice. His knowledge and the lovely weather made the travel pass by effortlessly. There is enough time while in Dubrovnik to tour the walls and have lunch and Igor will guide you to the entrances to the walls. He was well organised regarding the border crossings as well which sped up a possibly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Me and my girlfriend booked this excursion and visited Dubrovnik during our week holiday to split. It was great! The place itself is beautiful and I will never forget it. The way the trip was ran was without fault! Our tour guide Igor was very knowledgeable and was keen to make sure you got everything out of your visit. He made recommendations of where to go and what to see, even advising of the best spots to take pictures. The driver (sorry I forgot his name) was very safe on the roads so I wouldn't worry. Although the coach journey there an back was relatively long, it didn't feel that way. Igor would speak to everyone during the trip and give background information of the history of each location, making it an enjoyable journey! As it says in the information on the excursion, don't forget your passport as you have to go through Bosnia to get to Dubrovnik. Also, make sure you take enough money with you as Dubrovnik itself is quite expensive. It costs 200Kuna each to walk the walls and it was around 300kuna to have a meal. Honestly though, 100% Worth it! Thank you

It's our 1st time to visit Dubrovnik, booked it via Viator, and Portal Tours travel Agency which was excellent! Our tour guide Igor and Andrei were absolute gems and fantastic! Igor gave us valuable and concise history and info about the city and its surrounding parts of the Old Town with a great sense of humour in betweens. It rained hard for an hour during our ocular tour but that did not stop our family from exploring the beauty of the city walls. Expect stunning views over the Old City walls and the Adriatic Sea. The entrance to these walls were a bit expensive 150 Kuna for 1 person but it's all sooo worth it! The views and the whole experience that is one for the books and unforgettable! Thank to Igor and Andrei again for making our Dubrovnik trip an amazing one!

For this tour we had the same guide we had had on another tour the previous day. The tour guide's name was Igor and he was a great guide and made both our day trips thoroughly enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the city being from Dubrovnik himself. We learned a lot during the walking tour and then had a sufficient amount of free time to explore the city on our own. It is a long day but we would highly recommend this tour as it is a great way to discover Dubrovnik if staying in Split.

My brother and I went on this day trip during our time in Split and it was one of the best things we did on the holiday! The tour guide, Boran, was absolutely brilliant - very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. On the way to Dubrovnik your guide will tell you about Croatia, Dalmatia and about the history of the areas, the wine, the food, the traditions etc. The bus is air conditioned and quite comfortable, which is good for the ~3 hour journey. But don't worry, you won't be going non-stop for 3 hours! We first stopped off in Bosnia-Herzegovina (you must pass through a ~20km stretch of Herzegovina to reach Dubrovnik (which is why the passport is so important!)). There is a store there where you can buy refreshments, wine, souvenirs etc. and they accept Croatian kuna, Euro, Bosnian marks. Once through the borders it's another hour and 30 minutes or so to Dubrovnik. Be warned, Dubrovnik is the most expensive city in Croatia due to the massive amounts of tourists. You'll be dropped off at the Western Gate and the guide will give you a walking tour which lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes roughly. After that you will be free to explore the city and surrounding are at your leisure. They have boat tours running to small islands around Dubrovnik, or you could do the city wall walk (cost us roughly 20 euro to walk it), or there are Game of Thrones location tours, whatever strikes your fancy. When all that is done, you get back on the bus for the return journey, through the two border crossing again. On the way back to Split, we just chatted to Boran and

This was a brilliant trip, the guide was so knowledgeable and providing a wealth of information throughout the day. We stopped in Bosnia for a quick break and the view was breath-taking. Dubrovnik was amazing, we had a walking tour provided by our guide who showed us some interesting places and gave us a great experience. Also had some good tips for eating in Dubrovnik which made our visit a little cheaper also. Overall an enjoyable experience and credit must be given to the tour guide.

Beautiful city, its a must see in Croatia but has a very tourist and commercial vibe to it. GOT fans should look into bringing an extra 150 kuna to walk the wall that is used to film a lot of the city. Its a long drive but worth it because you go along the Adriatic coast. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and insightful, giving us all kinds of information and tidbits about Croatia and the many cities we drove by- from history, to culture, to food, to wine, and many more. The tour guide definitely made the trip worthwhile.
