Comience su excursión de 5 días por la isla de Taiwán con la recogida en el hotel de Taipéi. Se dirigirá al sur hacia las montañas para visitar el lago del Sol y la Luna, donde hará una parada en varios templos, como el templo Wenwu, el Santuario Sagrado de los Monjes y la pagoda Tse-En. En el monasterio de Fo Guang Shan, uno de los lugares de interés budistas más famosos del sur de Taiwán, dará un paseo a pie y podrá relacionarse con los monjes.

Al día siguiente, se dirigirá a Kaohsiung, la segunda ciudad más grande de Taiwán. Pasará por el río del Amor (el río Ai) y dará un paseo por el mercado nocturno de Lio Ho.

Al día siguiente, en el Parque Nacional de Kenting, en la zona sur de Taiwán, podrá admirar 60 km (37 millas) de costa bordeada de corales y explorar la boscosa zona de recreo.

El cuarto día continuará el viaje a través los pintorescos paisajes de Taiwán con una visita al Área Paisajística Nacional de la Costa Este en Taitung, con una costa virgen que se extiende varios kilómetros, donde podrá disfrutar de las increíbles formaciones rocosas creadas por años de erosión.

A continuación, en Hualien podrá maravillarse con la excepcional belleza del Desfiladero de Taroko en el Parque Nacional del mismo nombre, cuyas formaciones rocosas están divididas por una carretera bordeada por montañas boscosas y riscos gigantescos.

Concluirá el viaje con el regreso a Taipéi.

Las habitaciones de hotel estándar en Taiwán tienen dos camas individuales o una cama doble para dos personas. El alojamiento en habitación de dos camas es para dos personas por habitación estándar (si dos personas viajan juntas se les reservará la misma habitación); el alojamiento privado es para una persona en una habitación estándar.
Si viaja en grupo con un número de personas impar, se alojará a tres personas en una habitación tripe (tres camas individuales), la tercera persona se alojará con otro viajero en una habitación doble o podrá ocupar una habitación individual (con coste adicional), en función de la disponibilidad.

Excellent hotels; 2 of the 4 hotels had natural hot springs in the room. Great deal for the money. The tour guide Eric and the driver Godzilla were excellent. If you are going to Taiwan anyway and have several days there, then this is an excellent tour to get to know this country rather than just visiting Taipei.

From the beginning to the end of the tour, my husband and I were impressed. The beautiful sights, excellent hotels, good people, and especially great food. Even though all breakfasts were included, Ernie and I never received a bad meal. And the breakfast, was unbelievable. It was buffet, but not the type of buffet that you would find in Canada or the USA. It was much more than that. You will find the traditional foods such as potatoes, eggs and bacon/sausage. But the different types of vegetables and fruits will amaze you. Ernie gained some weight and I lost 4 lbs...4.81 kgs.The hotels were truly 5 star hotels. The service was the best, from the front desk agents on down the line. I felt that I was the King of England with all of the service that we received. FYI...if you are not used to the rooms and you turn on the lights and they don't come, there is a slot next to the entrance lights that you need to put your room key in to keep the lights on in your room. This may save you a half an hour in attempting to figure out the lighting systems.For me, the best stop was at Marble Gorge. The Hotel was in the middle of the Gorge. It was quite secluded from civilization and it was quite relaxing. They had three Mountain Stream pools with one of the sets of pools marked for nude bathing, along with a steam room/sauna. I totally enjoyed that myself. I would totally recommend this tour (with or without the nude bathing) as you get to see some of the most beautiful country of Asia and the history is some of the most interesting facts that take you back thousands of years.

Our family of four 2 parents and 2 adult children in their 20's took the 5-day Best of Taiwan tour by Edison Travel Service and LOVED it!. Our guide John Chan was awesome! He provided a lot of information about Taiwan and also kept us entertained with fun facts and jokes. John is very knowledgeable about Taiwan's history, culture, and attractions. We enjoyed having him as our tour guide. The bus/coach was comfortable with good air conditioning, USB charging at every seat, and free WIFI. Our bus did not have a bathroom onboard, but there were plenty of opportunities for restroom breaks. Also, plenty of bottled water was provided throughout the tour. The hotels are indeed 5-star quality. Before booking the tour, I was skeptical of the accommodations given the price of the tour itself. We were pleasantly surprised! We stayed at the following hotels: Fleur De Chine, Grand Hi-Lai Hotel, Hotel Royal Chihpen, Silks Place Taroko.
