Great evening!! Allow yourself 3-4 hours before dinner to tour palace, zoo, and gorgeous gardens. The place you pick up tickets is far from the main gate just keep walking.

We really enjoyed the opportunity to see the Palace in our own time. The dinner was delicious and presented and served really well. The concert was also excellent. A great tour. Give yourself plenty of time to visit the gardens as they are very big and worth spending lots of time in them.

Great event but be forewarned, your ticket does not provide a time for entry, which is assigned at the ticket office itself (not where you pick up your passes), and could be many hours later than your arrival. Large crowds appear in the AM, we got there at 10 and were assigned a 3:30 tour! Also, we booked the top tier concert seats (first 3 rows) and WELL worth the cost. Strongly suggested.

It'd not hurt to include the timing of the guided tour in your write up to prevent any unpleasant surprises. We only found out that the last tour is at 4.30pm when we arrived at the ticket office at 5.15pm. Although we were given the option of going back the next day, it'd mean changing your plans. The 3 course dinner was poor and not worth the price. While the performers were good, they were let down by the acoustic of the hall. Also the seats were uncomfortable. The saving grace from our experience is the garden around the palace which is free of charge.

Hello, As you well know we ordered a package the rate of which was at all not cheap... While we felt that we got value for money regarding the tour and especially regarding the lovely concert we feel that it is our duty to make a strong remark regarding the Dinner. The least one could expect is to have a choice within the three course menu and not a fixed non-flexible one. Our request from the waiters to offer at least the children a more "friendly" manu were at the beginning rejected stubbornly. Only after we have spoken to a nice gentleman in the name of Avni (I hope I correctly remember the name) the children were served with some "eatable" courses to their tastes. As we understood different tables were served different manues but ours was strictly fixed. I think more generosity in this respect could have served better the overall impression of the whole experience at the Palace.

this tour was well worth the price, but be advised...leave lots of time to see it all. We were a little late to the Palace and ended up with only enough time to do the tour and then head off to dinner. The grounds surrounding the Palace really deserve another 2 hours to do it justice. We had already booked the hop-on, hop-off Vienna pass, so we came back the next day to tour the grounds. As for the evening dinner and show, to be fair, the dinner was just OK likely the worst meal we had in Vienna in 4 days. The concert was enjoyable, and even though I am not a great fan of classical music, I found the show great.

This is the absolute worse. The concert was a scam and the dinner was a disaster T_T There was a huge chinese tour group at dinner and they turned the dinner place into a market place. The dinner is a 3 course dinner and each dish took 40minutes to serve. The concert was just a small elevated stage so the people at the back could not see anything, anything at all. The seats were just some dinner stools, super uncomfortable and cramped. The man sitting in front of me completely blocked my view and we all did not have enough space so the lady beside me were elbowing me all night. Would not recommend at all, I did not pay so much for such a nasty experience. Btw this is my first and only time writing a bad review just because I was so shocked at this whole disastrous experience.

This was absolutely amazing! If you are on the fence, do it! We loved it. Was the highlight of our time in Vienna. My parents, daughter 7 years old - we left at intermission to ensure we left on a high note :, everyone - loved it!

The ticket office is somewhat hard to find for a tourist but overall the food is good and the concert is enjoyable.

The all inclusive package to Schonbrunn Palace was simply a memorable experience. It was a real treat. The Palace, the dinner and the ambience. A good grand tour of the Palace. A good dinner, albeit they would just serve a gluten intolerant client with a salad. Very good concert with popular musical excerpts. Staff service: excellent. Worth giving it a try.
